A Member workshop to consider DEFRA’s Consultation on the proposed lump sum exit scheme and delinked payments in England

Mike Holland, Secretary & Adviser will provide an overview of DEFRA’s proposals and will invite Members to contribute their views on the opportunities and issues associated with the lump sum scheme and delinking proposals.

The workshop will also assist to collate Members views to inform the ALA’s response to the Consultation.
