The ALA West of England Region will be holding its Winter Seminar on Monday, 27 January at the Royal Agricultural University.

As the development of a new agriculture and environmental policy progresses and succession related matters continue to dominate the sector, the means of resolving disputes in a cost-effective manner without recourse to court procedures will increase in their relevance.

The seminar will consider the benefits and issues arising for practitioners when using arbitration and mediation approaches as two methods of dispute resolution.
