We are looking for a Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join the Private Property team in our Romsey office. This role offers a wonderful opportunity to join an inclusive and friendly team, working with a wide variety of clients. It is anticipated that you will have demonstrable experience of managing your own  residential caseload and be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team. Day to day, you will have  varied matters, including work such as:

• Running freehold sales independently
• Assisting on transfer of equity matters
• Taking instructions from our Succession and Tax Team
• Taking instructions from Councils in respect of buy-backs
• Dealing with First Registration matters
• Taking instructions from our Family Team
• Assisting on HNW matters
• Involvement in Business Development and Networking

Thrings LLP are looking for two fee earners to join the Agricultural Property team in our Romsey office (Ideally 3 + years PQE). These roles offer a wonderful opportunity to join an inclusive and friendly team, working with Landowner clients. It is anticipated that you will have demonstrable experience of working on Agricultural or Commercial Property transactions and be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team. Day to day, you will supporting a Partner and have a varied caseload, including work such as:

• Strategic land development
• Renewable energy
• Large projects for landowners
• Sale and purchase of agricultural property and land
