ALA North East

The ALA North East Region is pleased to invite you to its Autumn Estate Visit to be held at Fallodon Hall, Alnwick on Monday, 9 September 2019 by kind permission of Mark and Lucia Bridgeman.

Fallodon has been owned the Bridgeman family since 1946. Mark took over the management of the farm and estate in 2006. It is 2,400 acres consisting of the main in-hand farm, 3 AHA farm tenancies, woodland, biomass, residential lettings, holiday let business (www.bruntoncottages.co.uk) and housing development. The in-hand farm at Brunton, is a mixed organic holding of 1,400 acres. There is also a large HLS agreement and B&B pig rearing operation.

Mark is currently Deputy President of the CLA and sits on the board of two London listed investment trusts as well as two charities. Prior to returning to Northumberland he worked for Schroders as a fund manager for 19 years.

Members and Non-Members are welcome to attend.
