ALA Annual Conference 2025

We are delighted to announce the details of our Annual Conference held on Thursday, 27 February at the Copthorne Tara Hotel, Kensington, London

The Conference programme will include our annual Case Law update, panel sessions on Succession and IHT Planning Strategies and also Tenancy Succession and the New Suitability Test under the Agricultural Holdings Act 1986.  We will complete the day with a session on Renewables in 2025.

Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis, so please ensure you book early.  

Registration will be from 9.30am and the Conference will commence at 10am and close at 4pm.

CPD hours:  5 hours

The Conference will be open for ALA Members and Non-Members (with a discounted rate for ALA Members).
