We are welcoming applications for the ALA Starter for Ten 2027 England.

ALA’s residential training course Starter for Ten – England gives a basic introduction for trainees and the newly qualified in those elements of the law which are relevant to rural business advice.

Land law and tenancies are covered, as are the new Agriculture and Environment policies and legislation which impact the sector. Tax and trusts are dealt with insofar as they affect farming and rural businesses, and the course also details the relevant litigation aspects.

The 2027 Starter for Ten (England) will be held at Warwick Conferences on Tuesday, 6th to Thursday, 8th April 2026 inclusive.
