The ALA East of England Region will be holding a Joint Seminar with the Cambs and Isle of Ely Agricultural Valuers Association on 18 November 2021 at the Quy Mill Hotel, Cambridge, CB25 9AF.

Our speakers are:

Julie Robinson, Partner, Roythornes

Previously chief legal adviser at the National Farmers’ Union, Julie now heads up Roythorne’s Agriculture team. Described by The Legal 500 as having “a high degree of competence and a forensic mind” and a “great technical knowledge of the Agricultural Holdings Act and other relevant legislation”, Julie’s work for clients covers agricultural landlord/tenant, succession, farming partnerships, share and contract farming agreements and other joint ventures, co-operative structures, crop supply contracts, water abstraction, sporting agreements, cropping arrangements and everything associated with changes in farm subsidies and environmental schemes.

Ben Skinner, Associate, Wilson Wraight

Ben provides farm business advice to clients across the South and East of England. His role is primarily split between consultancy work for in-hand farms and managing Contract Farming Agreements where the provision and monitoring of accurate management information helps to enable strong working relationships to develop between a Farmer and Contractor.
