In this webinar, Esther Stirling, Partner and Head of Agricultural & Rural Affairs, Harrison Clark Rickerbys, will look at the consequences of the current Covid-19 restrictions on how disputes involving rural land and property are being dealt with, practical solutions for advisers and how in practice, the courts and tribunals processes are working.

There will be an opportunity to ask questions at the end of Esther’s presentation.
