She will also set out a brief outline of the recent consultation Sustainable Farming by Welsh Government, schemes currently available to farmers and the change to NVZ rules in Wales from 1st January 2020.

Many factors influence agricultural land prices the importance and implications of which vary with time and the emergence of new factors. Brexit and the repercussions arising therefrom could influence these existing factors.
